Horrible customer service American Express


My card had frudulent activity. American Express informed me of this. I have been waiting for a replacement card for two weeks. I have spoken with representatives in Indian and the Phillipines who lied about when the replacement card would be received. The manager in the U.S was a speed talker, curt and indifferent. I have been an American Express card holder for years. I am investigating another card company because this service has been so nightmarish. Shame on the management of American Express. They clearly do not value customer service at all.
