American Express Complaint
American Express wants you to have a difficult time redeeming your rewards - American Express Blue Cash Everyday
Multiple times last year, my Cash Back rewards were not applied for months and I received letters from Amex apologizing for the technical error.
This should not be a manual process. What they should do is enable automated Cash Back credit to your account once you hit a threshold. Capital One, Chase or Bank of America (forget which), used to do that. My BoA Visa has a very similar reward structure and I may just have to switch back to using that as my primary card if this continues. I have used your card almost exclusively since 2012.
