Hi, This is Swarna Rao. On 25/Nov/2014, I got american express gift card voucher from my company, but unfortunately I lost my purse on the same day and american express gift card too. From the next day onwards, I have registered complaint for issuing new card THREE TIMES,but till date I did not get new card. Could anyone from staff of american express help me out to gat a new card.
