so, i fired Amex today and not really because of what occurred but the terrible customer service, I initially called to complain (the issue is mute at this point) but I was placed on hold for 30 minutes "waiting for the CSR to come back to the phone with a solution" I decided to call back got a person named "Amanda" , told her the whole story and she did nothing to help me just took my payment. I told her I wanted them to take the negative information from my credit report , she said no , they could not . Then I asked for a supervisor, I got some clown "TIM". if that's his real name. He was condescending asking me if I had received the bills ect.. ect.. at the end of the 10 minutes useless conversation he tells me its policy and they can't change anything. I said then why are you wasting my time asking me stupid questions , what point do you want to make Tim! You can't help me ! They should just replace these people with machines, I would at least get a straight answer, instead of dealing with stupid humans.
