Don't pay for this Centurion card insurance - Centurion AMEX travel insurance
My flight got cancelled because - as per all documentation - the plane broke down, I missed my hotel cancellation deadline and got charged for unused rooms on my credit card. I booked the flights with AMEX as well.
AXA turns around and shrieks "well - you still went so we're not paying out". Even though I lost a day and night...
No - thanks. I'm not paying for that insurance package. Plus I have a real travel insurance for my work trips already which does work! So... not needed anymore.
Otherwise - I have highest level because of work at all hotels and airlines. So I can not profit from this black card at all. Their service is also just friendly but otherwise moneymaking as the card is very expensive to pay for annually
