Bad Customer Service At AMEX - They do not Care - Good Bye AMEX - AMEX credit card 20 ad
I called as a 33 year AMEX card holder with this black, a platinum and former Delta Platinum (prior to black) card holder. I explained these rates are charged for bad credit risks. I have charged 50K in a month and paid amex back immediately - and 33 years - i am not a risk.
They asked if i was going to terminate and i replied over this - absolutely. They said there is nothing they can do. Bad company manners = Greedy Company.
My broker offered my a premium black card for free with very similar benefits including sky club membership - i am a diamond and do not need their card to qualify.
I wont miss you AMEX.
