Amex Premier Gold & Amex Blue Cash Preferred: Worst Rewards Point Redemption System - Premier Gold; Blue Cash Preferred

It's difficult to expresss how much I hate American Express 's rewards redemption system. I would not recommend Amex because their reward points redemption system is the worst of its kind. They could learn a lot from Capital One or US Bank.
