Your Customer Service is is appalling. I have been a card holder for the last nine months and I have paid my balances on time every single month and I have never been late. AMEX cancelled my BRITISH AIRWAYS AMEX CARD with no notice just saying they no longer felt i was creditworthy for the card at all as the exposure I was creating was not covered by their insurance. Listing places that realy do not sell check as tho they do.

I have one grip so far about where to buy the checks as most of the so-called "locations," such as in banks,
you have to be a member of the bank to buy the checks.
Most of the FAULT should go to the banks and their Juvenal policies, but the other 49% should be American Express themselves for LISTING these NO selling locations as place you can buy AETCs, when you really can not buy at all, unless you want to open an account, just to get the checks. Gosh. were to start. First, my son tried to purchase game points online, but the address attached to my card was different than the one he was using. I logged into my AMEX account twice to make sure we were using the correct address and THREE times it was declined for wrong address. Misbehaviour at American Express Agency

I was shocked to see the behaviour of people representing a american express travel agency in MGF Megacity Mall, Gurgaon, Haryana INDIA.
They were so rude that were not interested in attending a customer and behaved very rudely to sent me back from there office. It was so rude that i will never again go to an Amex travel agent nor refer anyone in future.
Shame for such a big company to keep such people as their representative.

I was going to write a review about AMEX violating my FCRA Rights, but it looks like there are so many complaints about AMEX, that one more in a 1,000,000 is not going to make a difference. AMEX sent me a survey online and as soon as you answer the first question about AMEX. If it is not a good score for them, the survey terminates.
